Notice for É«»¨Ìà Connect Customers with Professional Monitoring
Starting May 1, 2025, we will no longer be offering our professional monitoring services. This decision allows us to focus our efforts on providing you with additional products and services to better meet your needs.
What this means for you:
- Your devices will continue to work, but professional monitoring will no longer be available.
- You will not be charged for professional monitoring after May 1, 2025.
- Our self-monitoring service, the Always Connected Plan, will still be available to you if you choose to continue monitoring devices on your own.
- You don't have to do anything to move over to self-monitoring. After May 1, you will automatically roll onto that plan.
